1. Agreement
By using this website or the Mingle app you agree to these terms. If you use Mingle on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.
2. Your account
Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, harassing, infringing or deliberately misleading content, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape data about other guests. Organisers may set additional rules for their own events.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host, display and distribute it within the event you shared it in, and to make backups.
5. Organiser responsibilities
Event organisers are responsible for who they admit, for moderating their event, and for having the rights and permissions needed to run it, including any required consent to display guest media.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Mingle available during live events but the service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
9. Governing law
