2. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, profile photo), content you choose to share at an event (photos, videos, messages), and basic technical data such as device type, approximate region and error logs needed to keep the service running.
3. Why we use it
To run event pages and guest features, to keep events safe through moderation, to support you when something goes wrong, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
4. Event content
Content shared inside an event is visible to the people that event's organiser has admitted. Organisers can moderate and remove content. You can delete content you posted.
5. Retention
Event archives are kept for as long as the organiser keeps the event, or until deletion is requested. Account data is deleted on request; some records are retained where law requires it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Write to hello@mingleideas.com and we will respond within the applicable statutory period.
7. Processors
We use third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics and email delivery, each bound by data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
8. International transfers
