Four people, one product, a lot of events

Mingle Ideas LTD was founded to fix something small and stubborn: the best parts of an event are experienced by a handful of people and then scattered across everyone's camera roll. We build the layer that keeps them together.

How we started

The first version of Mingle was a weekend hack for a friend's wedding: one screen, one QR code, and a slideshow of whatever guests sent in. It ran for four hours and nobody looked at their own phone photos again that night.

We kept going because organisers kept asking for it. Today Mingle handles live event pages, guest check-in, media walls, chat and post-event archives — but the original test still applies: does it make the room feel more together?

How we work

Small team, short cycles, no committees. We ship, then we stand at the back of a real event and watch what people actually do. Anything that needs explaining gets rebuilt.
